girls only!dilemma with dating...any advice?

hm ok i am a 22 year old college students.its kinda weird because i never ever had a girlfriend in my life (and still a virgin...lame i know...) just because i dont think i can commit into a real relationship.so i have being avoiding a lo of girls.the main thing is that i sometimes feel really really lonely around here this place i moved 4 years ago from europe.its kinda depressing...couple of my frineds told me i should date a girls or something similar. i was thinking about asking a girl out in the past but i am so freekin shy.however, most girls that i observe in my college or in general look so f@kin lame and pathetic (even though they are really cute...) in means that they look so fake and pretend to be the hot-club-alcoholic chicks .these are one of the reasons that i dont like asking girls because i dont want to waste my time with " another hot chick"...i dont know, but at the same time it sucks to be alone...so i all i wanted to ask is a couple of advice...

3. Make up your mind and chat with one of your responsible college student and from there you get what you want.
4. its great that ur not into chicks who smash themselves with alchol etc. i no this might sound strange to some but if you want a great girl, you'll find them in a christian church on sunday -NO i'm not talkin about straight up& down boring, but ones you can really have a conversation with & who's really connected with herself. Alot of women out there (not me anymore) just waste their bodies & rep's for being a worldly CLASSIC! not cool
5. There has to be some average girls at your college.. not all of them are pretending to be hot alcoholic chicks. You just have to look harder..and realize that only 2 things can happen if you ask a girl out. They can say yes or they can say no..and either way it isn't so bad. You just have to keep trying.
6. Well you can use those alcoholic chicks just to get over your shyness and then you can "practice" on them and then you will find a nice girl. If you're looking for a "nice" girl well then you should avoid clubs, bad areas etc. maybe you should go to the library, if you have a beach near etc.
7. If you don't like any of the girls at your college, try going somewhere you like to hangout, and if you see a cute girl there then ask her for her number, then call and ask her out. That way you know you might have something in common. And lets be real it's most likely not going to last forever. That's what dating is for, you find someone you like, go out, and if it doesn't work out you do it again with another. Then eventually that special someone will come along and blah blah blah, get it :-)
8. Being, a virgin at 22, isn't lame. Everyone has their reasons. There's someone, out there for everyone, your one, she just hasn't come along yet. If, those girls in your college don't appeal to you, doesn't mean that other girls are the same. I think, you need to start giving, "other hot chicks" a go, because not all girls reflect the ones from your college. Sometimes girl's find it cute, when guys are shy. If, you see a girl you like, then get to know her, you wont, have to commit to a real relationship, just see how things go maybe you are actually really good in relationships. You'll never know, if your too shy to find out. And, if your not ready for a real relationship, dont be forced into, one because you've never had a girlfriend, or because your mates tell you.
