Dating, No relationship, Need Advice?
Okay, hi, I'm 16, to start off. My friend started talking to this one boy, and they went on a date, a couple weeks ago. She has told me she has a "thing" for him, but nothing serious. No "boyfriend girlfriend" lables yet. So, me and "the boy" are introduced, and we start talking. I made it clear that we would be on a "friendly status" and nothing more because my friend was into him. But I'm starting to enjoy his company more, and I was wondering, does that one date that they had, make him off limits for me? just a little background : Me and my friend aren't super close, but we hang out on occasion. I have asked both of them if they consider themselves an item, and they both replied no. So..?

- Well you are and your friend are not close but you to are still closer than being just acquaintances. ( or that's how i perceive it. ) If you are worried about hurting her or losing the friendship then i would make it clear to her that you think you could be into him. If they both insist they aren't into each other then i would say go for it. He's fair game..
