How should I ask a girl out on a date?
I found a girl on a free dating site, I want to ask her out on a date, but I'm a shy person and I don't know how to ask her out. She looked at my profile and I looked at her profile and we do live close by. I am also afraid of being turned down. I am willing to take any advice from anyone.

- first you should start talking and get to know each other and once your more comfortable and know her things will be a lot easier
- just ask her out . its a new year!!!
- ok you found her on a dating site which means shes looking for someone.... start a convo with her and find out her intrests then casually ask her to a movie she mentioned she liked or a fav restruant of hers.... easy.... ok your afraid of being turned down... i think everyone is adn thats okay.....asking someone else is always a risk... at least online she has time to think, u havent put her on the spot and you dont ever have to see her if it goes badly... right? i dont know what else you can do... just remember anyone who has ever asked another person out (ie. a hell of alot of people) have put themselves on the line..... adn who knows maybe she wants to ask you out and is feeling shy just like you.. go for it!! good luck..
