learn how to understand men

Dating/Relationship advice...Please Help!?

I am concerned with why it takes my boyfriend so long to become aroused. When our relationship first started he had a difficult time getting an erection, on a couple occasions, normally after we had been drinking, he couldn't. Since our relationship has grown he now can get one but only after we have started actually having sex or if I give him oral sex does he become completely erect. Plus, if we stop for any reason, even if it is just a minute or two, he is back to normal and I have to start all over. We have a great relationship, I am an attractive person and when we do have sex it is incredible so I do not understand what is going on. Because of this I am hesitant to allow him to practice foreplay on me because I don't think he enjoys it, given the fact that he shows no physical signs of being turned on, although he keeps asking to. I am looking for honest suggestions/opinions from men about what the problem may be.
