Speed-dating tips?????
I'm 27 and I am absolutely petrified of an upcoming speed-dating session. I've never done it before. Anyone any advice? If you find someone you can't stand, do you have to keep talking for 3 minutes, or can you ask them to stop talking?

- Actually, speed dating is a lot of fun. It's a great way to meet a lot of new people all in one go and it can really boost your self confidence. If you don't like someone, asking them to stop talking is just plain rude. Would YOU like it if someone did that to you? So, yes, you have to talk for the full three minutes, but you can just politely say things like, "Uh huh. Oh really? Hmmm." You can be quite non-commital. Three minutes isn't that bad, honest.
- Just relax. They're bound to be as nervous as you. Treat it as a regular conversation, you can say anything you like - ask them about themselves, if they've done it before etc. You don't have much time, but you don't have to keep talking if you don't want to, this is literally one of those situations where you just need to go with the flow. Chemistry is very hard to predict, but remember one thing - don't forget to smile!
- If u dont like the guy just press the red "speed dump" button. If u really like the guy press the green "speed hump" button. Theres a yellow "speed bump" button but I dont know what it does.
