does anyone know of any good, free, safe "build your own website";?
I want to start a "ask katie" column on the internet... where if anyone has any questions; like dating, parents, etc they can just ask me and and I will answer usually within the next 24 hours. My friends say I have alot of good advice... but I don't know what site to go on... PLEASE HELP AND IT HAS TO BE 100% FREE AND SAFE!!!!

- I would recommend Blogspot.com in all reality. It's a blog but you have people email you there questions and then you can post them with your answer and their anonymous name. Then other people can comment, then again you can always disable the comments. It is totally free, I have my own free account. I "built" it myself and only put the information I wanted people to know about on it. The only other free options are freewebs and bravenet. I am not sure what your concern with safety is...are you worried about identities being revealed? Or someone hacking in to your account?
- Freehomepage.com offers free websites, but I would highly recommend that you go to one of the inexpenisve hosting sites and get your own domain. Between the domain and hosting it will cost you all of $5/month or so. See 1and1.com for example.
