guys and girls i need you help! Dating advice. .?

okay . . . I am so confused! I like this guy alot (we will call him bob), but he's just such a dork. Like he is so funny, and always fun to be around, but sometimes he just takes it to the extreme. and he knows i like him, and he told me he likes me. But he flirts with all the girls, then says that i flirt all the time too. But then there is this other guy (we will call him fred) who is so sweet and always says nice things to me, and i kinda have feelings for him, but i think he might change who he likes every other minute. Then there is this really adorable guy (this one is joe) who i know likes me and he's really nice, but he just broke up with his girlfriend and they had only been going out like a week. Which i am looking for something longer. And wait one other guy (mark) , who is so nice, and is always flirting but i can't tell if he likes me, and (bob) is his best friend so i dont think that would work. I know this sounds really confusing, i dont know wich one i truely like.
