Lately dating always seems to end up with just being friends...?

Hey, I'm 27 and I've had serious relationships before, but I started looking again recently after being single for over a year and it seems like every woman I meet is really into me at first, but then a week to a month later she drops the "I think we'd be better off as friends" bomb. I consider myself attractive, financially secure, very respectful, and mature. I usually meet people online, but not always. Last person I was dating decided seemingly overnight that she didn't have those "feelings" for me (in a dating sense, not love- I know that takes time). We had dated about 2 weeks and talked for about a week online beforehand. I know it wasn't because of someone else because she still wants to spend most of her free time with me as friends. She also said that she wasn't sure if her feelings would ever change for me. I just seem to have a hard time making it past dating lately. What gives? Too clingy? Is there a such thing as being too nice? Any advice would be appreciated!

1. Oh boy... Is there a thing as being too nice? Yes mate there is and you better stop being one. When you are too nice to a girl you hardly know (yes you cant know her in just one month or two) it creeps her out thinking you just do that to get her approval to bewith her. Big mistake. Be funny, be challenging, be cocky... Alltogether. Want great examples? Watch the James Bond movies and the Hitch with Will Smith and many more. See what they do in these movies. Do they act as nice guys? Hardly. I dont mean be rude or abusive. I mean like if she has green eyes dont go and say just "You got beautiful eyes" she has heard that at least 7836428736 times today. You might wanna add although without those heels are u 4'9 or something?:p Got it? You should make fun of her but make her laugh also at your joke. Ofcourse dont try that on girls that have a thing about their heights. Anyway its a big discussion but I am sure you can figure it out. Another example is if she asks about something you might wanna say and whats in for me? and if she says nothing u can say well I could do what you askedbut I wont... and smile slyly. Anyway although i cant answer to all your questions I hope those kinda helped.
