Looking for advice on dating a guy going through a divorce?
So, I am usually the one that is picky when it comes to dating, responsible, and doesn’t date guys with alot of baggage. Something was different with this guy. He is currently going through a divorce, for a marriage that he never really wanted. He found out in December that she was cheating on him, and knew for quite a while before that that things were over. So, we started dating and taking it very slow. But, over the last couple of weeks, we have gotten quite close, and I have let down my guard quite a bit. So, last week, we decided that he needs to take a few weeks (up to a month) to really get rid of alot of this baggage, get separate accounts and such, and divide assets. He promised me that he really cares about me and really wants to be with me. And that he will come back to me soon! I do feel like he is worth the wait, and all of this chaos, but I keep hearing all of these horror stories, and could sure use some sound advice. My heart is on the line....

- Everyone's heart is on the line if they are in love with someone. The only way you can find out where this will go is to take the chance.
- BE CAREFUL...........anyone in that situation-Divorce, can be very mixed up on everything in life. When things have been bad for so long when something good comes along it's easy to run with it before thinking it through. Take it real slow if he's worth it he'll be back with bells on and you can go from there. Make sure your not the rebound girl! Men always say the things he's been saying to you specially when in need of another person, unfortunately only time will tell if he means it!
