guys: am i needy for asking him to call me everyday? advice pls?
me and my bf have been dating for 6 months. in the beginning he was calling me everyday, even 2ce sometimes. Now its been less, some days it'll be 1-2 days btwn calls. i asked if he was losing interest in me & he said no, he wants to be with me. his reasoning is that he doesnt feel the need to be calling me all the time anymore, that in the beginning he was getting to know me and had more free time cuz it was the summer and such. now hes back in school and super stressed cuz his program is really intense and so hes pretty much overwhelmed. i told him that when he doesnt call i dont feel like he cares or is thinking about me. he told me i shouldnt base his affection on a phone call and that hes always thinking of me, hes just not the type to flaunt it...hes told me before hes not a phone person. if he needs me or has something to say, he'll call. but he told me that if i feel like talking to him, i can call him whenever i want is this okay? or am i being needy?

- well if you see him at school or around town one day then he may not find the need to call. But if you dont see eachother then talking on the phone once a day is not needy at all.
- As long as he says you can call him, and means it -- then yes, you're being needy and annoying if you demand he call you. On the other hand, if he asked the question, I'd advise him that many women were needy and annoying in the same way, and it is good strategy to accomodate that, especially since on the phone she can't see you roll your eyes as you call her.
