9. It depends on their age, their daily activities and their personality. When I was between 10 and 16, I did that on a daily basis, and sometimes more than once a day, but then, when you get older and start having sex, you tend to do it less often, but more intense. That is when quality becomes more important than quantity. Then, when I was married, I did it alone at least once a week but with him, about twice or three times a week. And now that I am a pensioner, I seem to have more time to do it, and so the frequency is likely to increase.
