(a date?)? um.. been talking to this girl on match. winked at her, she winked back, started emailing on june 4th. two emails ago i said i have some baseball tickets if she wanted to go with my friends and i. and i said maybe meet up first another day before the game. she replied back, with, "baseball! good choice. we should meet up first before for sure. what day is the game?" obviously she is interested in meeting me. do you think it's in a friendly way, date way, and/or a you've-got-potential-for-datin... kind of way? thanks! Advice for meeting up with someone in person met through an online dating service? I met this girl last week, through the free online dating service plentyoffish.com. She wants to meet in person. I have talked to her online and on the phone, and she seems okay. She lives out of my state, but only a half hour drive away. The strange things is that she says she is 34 lives with her parents does drive, but has no access to a car. I guess I would have to come to her parents house and pick her up and go out somewhere if I decide to meet her. When I have met potential dates before it has always been in public places, where we both brought our own transportation. Girl advice (first date)? So I met this girl from a paid dating site last Friday night. We are both 24. We met at the movies, talked, I bought the tickets, and we went inside. All fine as we are talking, then the movie begins (Friday the 13th) and the first scary part she yelps and turns her head close to me. The next day (sunday) I text her at 2:30p and say "so when are you free to see that chick flick?" she still hasn't texted me back yet. what's up? obviously was interested on the date, yet she hasn't gotten back to me. the only thing is when I asked her to the movies via that website it did take her like 3 or 4 day to reply (which she did, via text message on my phone). and she admitted she is slow at texting b/c she had to get a older smaller one. she works too and goes to school. what do you think? should i wait it out and see if she texts me? or does it sound like it was a "in the moment" deal? Oh and during the date she was saying how I'm a nice guy and she likes that. She was letting me touch her butt when we were making out too. Can someone give me real advice, that is, speaking from experience....girls and guys? He visited his grandfather every summer an every summer we "Dated". As we grew older he stopped visiting as often, but when we did see each other we always picked up where we left off as if we were still "together". I am now going on 17 and he is 18 about to graduate. He has his own car now and comes back to the neighborhood and visits everyday. And we have once again...Picked up where we left off. We see each other constantly, but we never really get a chance to talk. I mean we text back and forth but when i call he's usually busy and doesn't return my calls. I want to be with him soo bad I don't think he realizes it. He says that he is always busy and doesnt want to call me late at night when he is free. So my question is what do I do, to get him to fit me into his schedule? Or do I just settle for what we have now and wait until he is "free"? Do I make the first move? Or let him?
