Another one for guys & girls: Single, 36, wanting to try new things in regards to dating & men. Advice? Looking to start with a one night stand perhaps? Never did it. How do I go about doing that?
I need dating advice!! Men only!? I've been dating a guy for 3 months. We're exclusive and we both really care about each other. The only problem is his work schedule is so hectic that he hardly has time for me. Either he's at work, or he's tired. He says he's used to most women leaving him because of his busy schedule. I think he's worth sticking around for so I spend time with him when it's convenient for him...that means we don't "date" much. We do see each other often but it's never for long periods of time. He thanks me for being so "understanding" even though I often have a problem with not being able to see him as much as I'd like to. My question is, am I truly being understanding or am I letting him take advantage of me? Is a work schedule a legitimate excuse or should I expect more from him?

Is it fair for women to try and give men dating advice? Men and women have it differently in the dating world. Any decent looking women has a line of guys willing to go out with them, but even the best looking and successful men can not get a date to save their lives. So is it really fair for women to judge men and their approaches to asking out and keeping a girl interested? The reason I ask is because it's always the good-looking woman that says "Oh, don't do that, that's a turn off" or "Don't ask that, that's a turn off". Fact is, single men have it harder to get a date than a single woman does. We think, act, and see differently in the dating world.
Ladies: do you agree with this dating advice for men? A "dating-advice-for-men" specialist asked this question in one of his web pages: Among the following methods of preparing for a first date with a woman, which is best? 1) Find out what her favorite type of flowers are, and show up with a dozen of them so she would be "wowed". 2) Learn about her favorite travel destination so you could discuss it with her. 3) Find out what her favorite type of food is so you could take her to dinner... and she could see that you cared enough to choose something that she enjoyed. His answer: "none of the above". His claim was that women will interpret any of the above as manipulation. Ladies, do you agree with that assessment or not? (If you're a guy, please use the opinion of the lady(ies) in your life and not just your own.)
Dating advice...? My Mom has told me that she'll accept anyone I date accept African Americans or Hispanics. However, I have dated men from India in the past and she has no problem with that. I think that's so bigoted to narrow down your dating like that. To me, it doesn't matter what race a person is. The way I see it, Indians treat women badly in India such as burn their wives, female infantcides, and want total control. African Americans and Hispanics, I believe are not known to do that. Anyway, whatever the case maybe, if I'm not being abused and I'm treated well, I don't see a problem. What do you think? There is a guy I like right now who is African American and we're planning on going out very soon...Any advice? Thanks!
my ex bf now wants to date men. I find nothing wrong. I am looking for cd admirers to offer advice? I can tell him what makes girls attractive to men, but I need help from men who are attracted to cute femme guys. He really wants to try waering makeup and would love suggestions. I am serious
I am interested in dating gay men and need some advice? I am 41 yrs old and have finally accepted myself as gay. I have not been an active member of the gay culture/community. I am very nervous about dating and going to bars and what not. I would really enjoy some intimacy that lasts more than 30 minutes. How should I go about making myself available? Is there anyone who has faced this same experience? I am straight acting and masculine. Do I just jump right in?
Help! Need advice on dating DIVORCED man!! men & women!? I've been dating my boyfriend for almost 5 months. we've known each other for over 10 years & reconnected last summer He divorced his ex-wife a year ago I know the whole story from his point of view & we also have the same circle of friends that we've kept in touch with from HS so I've heard from them a little over a year ago the same story Everything was going great until about a month ago He started acting weird towards me a little distant we talked about it and its gotten betterWe don't see each other as much as we would like because we're both so busy me with my job & business&himwith his business and 4yr old son who is adorable. I expect his son to come 1st. However something so stupid like on myspace he is classified as single. 5 months ago he didnt want anyone to know he was in a serious relationship, that has changed. Hes still single on myspace. His business team knows hes with me but 1 person is obsessed with him and I think she doesnt realize how serious we r b/c of that. I'm getting so jealous. i know he would never date her b/c shes totally not his type, im not worried about that. i just dont understand why he's still "single" on myspace. he explained to me why 5 months ago and he brought it up. now, its different. we're serious with each other. she knows we're dating but i dont think she, or other people for that matter, know. does he not want to feel like he's taken? i wish i could get the whole situation on here, but its too complicated to get into. any advice dating divorced people? im not the first woman he's dated since he left his ex wife. but he loves how i make him feel and we have a blast together, and he says he loves me. i just dont want to feel jealous.
Is it safer just to date your farm animals instead of no good men??? Advice please!!? My best friend has had a lot of bad luck in relationships. She has been used and mistreated by many men over the years. She loves hard and then winds up getting beaten up or either having her heart broken by no good men. While we were out having lunch at our other friend's house we noticed that this one horse had his eye on her the entire day. He seemed very nice and truly interested in dating my best friend. Our other friend suggested hooking up her horse with my friend to see if they might be able to date and maybe even hit it off. Should my best friend date a horse or should she continue to date men that abuse her??
First date advice...men only!!!!!? I've been hanging around this really cute boy at school lately, and he asked me out for this weekend. heres my problem: during school, i happen to look over while he was leaning against a desk and i saw his ginormous dick. now i cant stop thinking about it. i really want him to show me it on friday again, but how do i get him to do it? should i just show him my boobs, and hope he returns the favor? or should i just reach my hand down there and get it out myself? white girl dating Indian man, need advice on sex? I've dated a really nice Indian guy for a month now, great chemistry, good kisser, etc. He's lived here for about 8 years, so he's familiar with the american dating scene. but with the cultural difference, I'm afraid that having sex too early might affect our relationship somehow. I'm not planning on marrying him, we're still in school and in our early 20's. It would be great if someone who is either Indian or familiar with the Indian culture could give me some insight. It's not that I dont want to have sex; I do. Its that I want this relationship to be longterm and I'm afraid that it might be ruined by having sex too early.
men and women need your advice- dating? ok I have known a guy for about 3 months. We have chatted on the phone from time to time. He asked me to go on a date. I did and we hit it off. The first week he wanted to see me everyday and called all the time. The second week, I would ask him when he wanted to see me again and he would tell me he would get back with me bc he had things to do but did want to see me. We both have busy lives so I was trying to plan ahead so we could see each other. the other night (Tues.) I asked him when he planned on seeing me that week and if he planned on seeing me for the weekend bc I would love to see him but if not I was going to spend time with family out of town. He told me _ I drive to your fucking house to see you till 10 and then I dont get any dam sleep bc I come visit you. I have offered to go a million times but he said he is remodeling. I think I should stop seeing him immediately bc he is alread ybeing so rude. QUESTION- Should I never answer the phone and throw him to the curb bc he is already talking so rude?

Need some advice!from men and women....Online dating!? To forgive or not to forgive? I have a online chatmate,we like each other,we had our instant connection, Then one day I didn’t know whats on her mind, she tricked me,her friend pretended that she was somebody, but she admitted it,she tested me how honest I am to her, She got upset when I talked to her friend online,of course I am so mad too because its not fair to test somebody like that,I have decided to stay away from her for awhile, she keeps on calling me saying sorry, sending emails apologizing, but I don’t talk to her yet. Should I forgive her give another chance?Or forget about her?
Advice on dating Russian men? I'm a 21 year-old Arab American girl dating a 30 year-old Russian man. He neither drinks nor smokes. He's been in the U.S for 4 years now. Although his English is not perfect (he's still learning), he is very nice and insists on paying for everything and buying me things. He has given me flowers and sweets. He calls me often and emails me every day, telling me that he is very happy and eager to meet me every single day. In fact, he says he's willing to drive far just to see me. We've been chatting for a few weeks. He even wrote to me that he loves me. So far, we've only been on 2 dates. Is it common for men from Russia to tell a girl that he loves her after a few weeks of knowing her? How do I know that he's sincere? Also he's very gentlemanly and we have not kissed or held hands even. I don't know whether or not I'm supposed to make the first move. So I was wondering if anyone has any good advice on dating a Russian man.
Men over 40 and dating--your advice please? Thanks for reading...I have gone out with a guy about 5 times since September. We have emailed during the weeks between, sometimes call. We like each other. Only kisses and hugs after dates. He lives about an hour and a half away. I go to that town for family, so we have made plans when I am there--he has been very open with his schedule, so have not felt like he is playing me or anything. Actually, he is a nice guy. I have not heard from him over the holidays. It would have been nice. I was the one who made the last contact and it was returned nicely (a kind text between us, middle of December). I think it is his turn to reach out next...is this the best thing to do? I am not wanting to look needy, but I don't want him to think I am not interested. What's a gal to do? Thanks everyone so far--must clarify...he is NOT married. More clarity--I appreciate the answers and the thoughts...I have all of his numbers, we met face to face, not an internet meeting. I have been to his house.

Dating WHITE MEN? Any Advice? I'm West-African and there is this guy who finally asked me out after staring at me for 6 months. I like him because just like me,he's smart, tall, polite and laid back. We are both junior in college. My girlfriends(who are for the most part African-Americans) say that i should not take him seriously, that many white men in the US go out with black women out of curiosity and that he might just being curious to feel how it's like to be with an African Girl. It Hurts me.... It really hurts me to hear that... White Men... is it Really how you feel about African and Black girls in general? What do you have to say about this? it's sweet to say that honey_nu
Need "postponed date" advice from men (women welcome too)? Last weekend, I got up the nerve to ask my crush out to lunch. He said that he'd like to, but was "swamped with work" and said maybe this coming weekend instead. Neither of us has mentioned this all week, and now I'm wondering, should I say something? Part of the problem is that I'm not sure if he's interested, and so I'm inclined to wait and see if he remembers (which would indicate to me that I'm on his mind). I don't want to seem desperate. What should I do???
I really need some ADULT advice about dating younger men, from older women if possible..?? I know I already asked this question but I think mostly unexperienced teens answered I need some dating tips, what should I expect from a younger guy early 20's, what should I not do, what is the downside to this type of relationship ? Do I have to wait for them to mature, or can I mold him..?? If you've dated or married a younger guy, please advise
Question for men in their 40s and 50s....dating advice.? I am a 26 year old female. For the past two weeks I have spent time with a man who is 48. From the beginning, I made it clear that I did not want anything serious with him and that I did not want to get involved with the life of his son right away who is very young (3). We spent some time together doing things and spent a lot of time talking online, on the phone, and texting. He contacted me in some way many times a day, every day. We slept together and it was okay, not great. He had some problems staying hard. And I am fine with that. It was still nice to be with him otherwise. He didn't seem to be too embarrassed. I thought everything was fine and we left on good terms but he hasn't contacted me for almost two days. So what is his problem and what do I do now? Do I contact him or just ignore him?
Old man needs dating advice: At what point in the date should I let her know I have an erection? I want to let my date know that I'm attracted to her. I was thinking over dinner would be a perfect time. Advice?
What advice do men have for women when it comes to dating? I'm tired of getting hurt. I want to have fun and be happy, but I'm told I "expect too much" from the guys I date. All I want is an exclusive relationship. I guess I'm not really attracted to the dating *game* as its so called. But I'll play it if I have to, if I can find one guy that makes me happy for a while. I'm not looking for a marriage partner, as I am only 21 and have a whole life ahead of me. It just seems like whenever I get close to someone, they freak out and tell me they don't want (or "arent ready") for an "exclusive relationship." The idea of dating more than one person at a time does not appeal to me, simply because I dont want to be played. I'd really like some men to give me some advice. Whats your take on dating in general, and am I worrying too much?
Not so good at the whole dating scene.... Need some advice from men and women. Thanks :)? I waitress at a bar and one of our bartenders works a second job at another bar about 20 minutes away. So last night a few friends, co-workers and I went out there. This guy (the bartender) is so hot! I mean god like, it is rediculious, he is a really awesomely nice guy too. So anyway I was standing there talking to him, I had been thinking about asking him out for coffee or something sometime but wasn't going to do it for another couple of weeks or so. As I was talking to him one of my friends walks up and says... "She thinks you are hot, you probably think she is hot, why don't you two just get it over with, exchange numbers and go out." OMG! Deer in the headlights. We exchanged numbers and have loose plans to "get together" on sunday. If we do would it be a pity date? How do I act when I see him at work tomorrow? Should I mention it? Or let him? I am so bad at this whole dating thing and he makes me all nervous cuz I feel like he is out of my league (just a little)
Any advice dating a Spanish man b/c I am tired of hearing so much negativity? I am dating a Dominican man (he's 28 and I'm 23) and he is so good to me and shows how much he wants a life with me everyday. BUT my parents and their latin friends keep saying to be careful with him because dominican guys are such cheats. I want to trust him and I when I tell him about this he says he wouldn't do that to me and how he wants just me but I still feel like I need more reassurance. I don't want to nag him about it but it is in my mind a lot mainly because he is Dominican. He loves that I am Persian and that I am from a culture with very loyal woman. He is 100% reassured about me but I want to feel the same way about him without keep bringing it up. What are your expiriences with Dominican/Spanish guys? Any advice would be appreciated~ Thank you~
Any advice on dating much older men? I'm 19 and he is in his forties. Im not looking for a sugar daddy or a replacement for a father figure I never had. I just seem to be attracted to older men due to thier extended knowledge and understanding of the world. I am just leary that the age difference could be a problem for him. Im trying to find out What he wants. I know he Is respectful in my choices but Im worried about his intentions or if we get serious I'm wondering if he will turn into a father figure naturally due to my age, or if he just wants to show off that he can get a girl my age with my looks. IDK I need some insight, especially if youve been in my shoes help me!
Men I need your help! Dating advice? Me and this guy have been dating for like 4 weeks. And I really like him, he's sweet and kind and wants to make me happy (he's always doing sweet things for me and anything I ask). Well like the other day, we had hung out, but I sensed that he was distracted, so i said, "Baby, I'ma go on an go home, I can tell you got some stuff on your mind and I don't want to be in your hair" I kissed him and he said, "you can tell" and hugged me. I left and was cool with the whole situation. Two days later he called and said that we should just be friends cause he was preoccupied with other stuff (his kid, child support court, a crazy roommate, finding a new job). so i was like cool. I didn't even get mad. i just accepted cause I was like he is being honest. But then, nothing changed. I mean he calls and texts all the time. We still go out all the time. He shares everything with me. I asked him about it and he says I deserved someone who can give him 100%. So what does all this mean?
Girl who needs dating advice from gay men? What is fact and what is fiction? So that I can learn more about what the h*ll goes in a guy's head... Fact or fiction? 1) Guys think about sex everyday. Or Every hour? 2)Guys rarely cry. They find chick flicks boring since they are inherently unemotional. 3) Guys think about quantity and not quantity. I.e the more people the have sex with, the more confident they feel about themselves. The person's personality is not the issue. 4) Guys think girls are high maintenance, picky, and weak (i.e pussies when it comes to physical challenges, sports, etc..) 0__0 I also asked for dating advice, but I have nothing specific in mind..so anything goes.
I need some relationship/dating advice from a few good men, aged 23-33.? I have this problem... Every guy I meet, I always think he just wants to have sex with me. Im not saying he really does, but its like, i cant believe anything that anyone says because i think theyre just saying it to have sex with me... its a bit of a problem for me cause i dont want to have a bf that only wants sex with me, but if i think every guy only wants sex than i end up with no boyfriend because ive told myself that. hard to follow i know, im sorry, im as confused as you are... my question is how can i stop assuming guys want sex so i can actually meet ppl and trust them and make friendships with ppl, not always feeling like i have to guard myself....

Advice for a younger man dating a more mature woman? I am a 24 year old business professional male, and I recently started dating a 31 year old female. She is very beautiful, but her job as an attorney can sometimes transfer over to her being very demanding of me. I treat her very well, and I know that she cares for me. I have noticed that she has an odd fascinating for leather clothing (she has many pair of leather boots, and gloves), Is there a way to spice things up in our relationship???

Dating advice--Eastern European men? My bf is Slovakian. The whole not showing emotion thing drives me nuts, but he is just strange in so many other ways! I don't know what's just him and what's cultural, or what he's thinking. What is the romance culture of Eastern Europe like? Advice please? What are little cultural idiosyncracies maybe I should be aware of? yeah, these cultures are similar but unique also. I've heard slovakians are kind of like Germans in being restrained with emotions. not like he's completely repressed or anything, just...he doesn't feel this southern american need for constant assurance, cuddling. last night I have heard, "girl, you know how I feel, do I have to say it again?"

Dating Situation - NEED ADVICE FROM MEN ONLY!!? I am a 28yr old woman who had brain surgery. I went out to meet a guy for a first date the other day. Because of my brain surgery I have side-effects and one is Short-term memory problems. I cannot remember things people tell me 10 minutes later (esp if the conversation is long like on a date). So anyway the guy asked me why I was not driving and I could not lie so I told them I had a seizure. It turns out they had them too when young. I then told them about my surgery and problems remembering. Due to the problems remembering such large amounts of info I tape-recorded our date so I would remember what we talked about when I went home. I told the guy this after explaining my memory problems and offered to erase it - he said "No problem". How would the men out there handle this if they found out they were being taped at the end of the conversation due to memory problems. Would you appreciate the honesty? or Would you not talk to the woman again? HONEST ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE!!

Men I need dating advice.? I really need to know what men think. I am a single mom, who invests everything into my 16, 13, and 11 year old boys. I am curious how to approach men, or reading signals, or what to expect. I am really interested in someone who is possibly in his late 20's, but the mom in me talks me out of engaging. What do men want?

I have a child so this sort of complicates things but it is more of my protection of my son, Any good dating advice?
